2nd Saturday of the month
Our weekly time of reflection and exploration of Scripture. We hope you'll join us!
Sundays @ 1pm
FBC-Philly is dedicated to healing and restoring the centuries' worth of damage done by the Church toward God's LGBTQ+ children, all carried out despite the affirming voice of Scripture, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus' own life and ministry.
Join us for this 10-week, interactive class--UNCLOBBERED--where we will encounter the misconceptions surrounding God and LGBTQ+ persons. We'll be paying particular attention to the "Clobber Passages"--the 6-7 verses in Scripture most often used to condemn the LGBTQ+ community. We're certain that you'll come away with a new appreciation and understanding for the radical love that God has for all God's creation!
September 15th - November 17th
On Zoom and In-Person

Christ & Cultural Humility Learning Team
The Christ & Cultural Humility Learning Team is working with other congregations within the Philadelphia Baptist Association to examine our interactions with ALL of our neighbors and to co-discern how God may be leading us to be more inclusive or mindful of our brothers and sisters in the world. The group meets once per month.
